1. Who we are

Zarasi Digital provides e-commerce technology consulting, technical product leadership, integrations, quality assurance and automation services. Our services are presented at zarasilife.com/digital, the dedicated digital-services home within the Zarasi brand family.

For enquiries through this landing page, Zarasi Digital determines why and how the personal information you submit is used. For privacy-related questions, contact connect@zarasilife.com.

2. Information we collect

We may process the following categories of information:

CategoryExamples
Contact detailsName, business email address and the contact details you include in a message.
Company & project contextCompany website, e-commerce platform, selected business challenge and any information you voluntarily provide about your requirements.
Campaign attributionReferral page, landing-page URL and campaign parameters (such as UTM source, medium and campaign) when available.
Technical informationIP address, browser/device details, timestamps and basic server logs that the site-hosting provider may process to deliver and secure the website.
Business communicationsEmails, meeting notes and follow-up correspondence relating to an enquiry or potential engagement.

We ask that you do not put passwords, payment card information, customer personal records, credentials or other confidential production data into the initial enquiry form. Access to client systems, if ever required, is arranged separately under an agreed scope and appropriate safeguards.

3. How we use information

  • Respond to requests: answer enquiries, arrange discussions and understand your commerce needs.
  • Assess service fit: evaluate potential work, develop an appropriate scope and prepare proposals at your request.
  • Summarise enquiries: use AI to produce a brief internal summary of your platform, challenge and message for authorised administrators. Summaries assist human review and do not make automated decisions.
  • Manage communications: keep reasonable records of discussions and any subsequent business relationship.
  • Measure campaign effectiveness: understand which advertising or referral sources produce relevant enquiries, using information submitted with the form.
  • Protect the site: prevent spam, misuse and security incidents, and maintain technical reliability.
  • Meet legal obligations: comply with lawful requests and other obligations applicable to our operations.

Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or unrelated promotional mailing list. We may contact you about your specific request and any reasonable follow-up. Separate promotional communications, where used, will be managed in accordance with applicable law and your preferences.

4. Legal bases for processing

Where data-protection law requires us to identify a legal basis, processing may rely on one or more of the following, as appropriate: your request to take steps before entering a contract; our legitimate interests in answering business enquiries, securing the website and improving relevant services; your consent where specifically requested; and compliance with legal obligations.

Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it using the contact details below. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully completed. The applicable legal basis may vary by purpose and jurisdiction.

5. Service providers and disclosures

We may share limited personal information with service providers who support delivery of the website or handling of enquiries, including website hosting, form submission processing, business email and any customer relationship or scheduling tools used in a subsequent engagement. Providers should only process information for the services they perform, subject to appropriate contractual and security safeguards.

Enquiry platform, challenge and message may be processed through Lovable AI Gateway to create this internal summary. Contact details and campaign information are not included in the AI request. Please do not include sensitive information in your message.

Optional appointment booking: appointment booking on this site runs through Cal.com. Choosing an appointment opens the third-party booking service. The scheduling provider may process your name, email address, preferred date/time, time zone and any information you submit there to reserve a meeting and issue confirmations or calendar invitations. If a Google Calendar or video-conferencing account is connected, appointment details may also be processed by that provider. Booking is optional; you may instead contact us by email or through the enquiry form. Review the provider's privacy notice before booking.

Form processing: enquiry submissions from this page are stored in Zarasi Digital's secure cloud database, hosted within the ZarasiLife website infrastructure. Submissions are visible only to authorised Zarasi Digital administrators and are used solely to respond to your enquiry.

We may disclose information to professional advisers when reasonably needed or to authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal information. We do not share enquiry details with other businesses for their independent advertising purposes.

6. International data transfers

Zarasi Digital serves businesses in more than one country. Depending on the hosting, email and communications providers used, personal information may be processed in countries outside your own. Where applicable law imposes conditions on international transfers, we seek to use appropriate safeguards such as relevant contractual protections or other legally recognised transfer mechanisms.

You can contact us to ask for further information about the arrangements relevant to your enquiry.

7. How long we retain information

We retain enquiry and correspondence records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate a possible engagement and maintain a relevant business record. Inactive enquiries are periodically reviewed for deletion; a practical default is to review them within 12 months of the last meaningful interaction, unless an active proposal, contract, dispute or legal requirement justifies longer retention.

If an enquiry becomes a client relationship, different contractual, accounting or legal retention requirements may apply. Hosting and security logs may follow shorter, provider-controlled retention schedules.

8. How we protect information

We aim to apply reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the information we handle, including access restrictions, trusted service providers and controls against unauthorised use or disclosure. No system or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

For an initial conversation, we do not ask for credentials or privileged access to commerce systems. If an audit or implementation requires access, security requirements and permissions will be agreed separately.

9. Cookies, campaign attribution and analytics

Optional Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager is prepared but remains inactive pending privacy configuration checks. When activated, it will require your analytics consent. Advertising consent stays denied, and your browser’s Global Privacy Control signal keeps analytics off. A first-party cookie remembers your choice for six months; you can change it using the privacy preferences control. Our own JavaScript also uses browser session storage to temporarily preserve UTM campaign parameters while you navigate the page. These values, together with the landing-page URL and referring page when available, may be included if you submit an enquiry.

The hosting provider may use strictly necessary technical functions or logs to deliver and protect the website. Optional analytics is limited to approved public page paths and fixed action details, such as an enquiry being saved or a capability deck link being selected. Analytics events do not include contact fields, private enquiry responses, URL query strings or fragments, or private 1% content. Campaign attribution and contact details submitted with an enquiry remain part of our secure enquiry handling, not our analytics events.

You can clear session storage through your browser settings. Blocking some browser features may affect site functionality.

10. Your privacy rights and choices

Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may be entitled to request access to personal information, correction of inaccuracies, deletion, restriction or objection to certain processing, portability, or withdrawal of consent. You may also have the right to complain to a relevant data-protection authority.

To make a request, email connect@zarasilife.com with the subject Privacy request. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and some requests may be subject to lawful exceptions. We will respond in accordance with applicable requirements.

This website does not currently use solely automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects concerning individuals.

11. External links and children's privacy

Links to LinkedIn, Cal.com and other third-party sites are governed by those services' own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for their independent privacy practices.

Our services and enquiry form are intended for professional business users, not for children. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children through this site.

12. Updates to this notice

We may revise this notice when our services, technology, data practices or legal obligations change. The updated version will appear on this page with a revised effective or last-updated date. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
